Order Limitation and Refusal Rights
Due to extremely quick turnovers of certain popular items, Panamoz.com may at times have to restrict the number of certain merchandises that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are experiencing limited in stocks, Panamoz.com reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our 100% effort to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, Panamoz.com reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you.
Applicable Law and Venue
This User Agreement and any transactions on this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within Hong Kong, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in state or federal court located in Hong Kong, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this User Agreement.

Panamoz.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, or any policy of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. If Panamoz.com decides to change this User Agreement, it will post a new version on the Site and update the effective date set forth above. Any changes or modifications to this User Agreement or policy will be effective upon posting of the revisions. Your continued use of the Site following posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should frequently review this User Agreement and any other applicable policies, including their dates, to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

Items sold on Panamoz.com are brand new and original, and not refurbished or used.
Panamoz.com 3 Year UK/Worldwide Local Warranty
i. Our warranty program is valid for the original purchaser only unless a transfer of warranty is authorised by us. Our warranty covers all manufacturer's defects. However, it does not cover:
- Physical or non-physical damages, which includes accidents, use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications, misuse of software application, neglect, fire, water, lightning, other acts of nature, or unauthorised product modification, removal, installation and set-up services by any third party, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Focusing issue for 3rd party lenses - 3rd party lenses (Tamron, Sigma, and Tokina, etc) often require calibration to work correctly with your camera. We do not consider this to be a manufacturer’s defect.
- Firmware/software issues - We cannot guarantee the pre-installed firmware version of our products.
- Wear and tear - We do not consider the following to be manufacturer's defects if they are discovered after 14 days of delivery: sensor dust, viewfinder dust, sensor hot pixel, small deadpixel on the LCD/LED screen, failure of wearable parts through repeated usage, such as connecting/charging ports and battery covers.
ii. We have the right to decide whether we will repair, replace, refund, or issue a credit voucher, regarding the defective product.
iii. The warranty period starts from the day of delivery, as shown on the courer's tracking system. The duration of warranty is 3 years. Any defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty period is not accepted. The length of the warranty period is stated on the listing and also the order confirmation email, at the time of ordering.
iv. Before you repair your product, you must contact us to obtain an authorisation.
v. If you need to send your product to a repair shop by post, then please ship it via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. Panamoz.com will not be responsible for damage or loss ocurred in shipping.
vi. If your product is defective, then Panamoz.com will be responsible for all costs associated with the repair, including parts, labour, and shipping.
vii. If the product cannot be repaired locally, then we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you, and then send you a replacement unit. We will be responsible for all shipping costs.
viii. If the product cannot be repaired, then we reserve the right to replace, refund, or issue a credit voucher. If the product cannot be repaired and is no longer in production, then we reserve the right to replace it with a product with similar specifications or refund you an amount which enables you to purchase an item with similar specifications.

Panamoz.com 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
This return policy governs any purchase made through our Panamoz.com retail website. If for any reason you are not happy with any product bought from us and wish to return it, simply return the product and we will give you a full refund, exchange, or replacement, whichever you prefer, less shipping and handling charges, as long as you meet the following terms & conditions:
- We need to be notified of your return within 14 days of delivery. Delivery date is shown on the courier's tracking information.
- Returning items are received by us in 100% new and unused condition, and in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and software.
- We will charge a 30% restocking fee if the items are returned in used condition. Some examples of an item being used are:
The factory screen protector on a mobile being removed, the accessories packaging being opened, the firmware being modified, the lens being mounted or tested, or any scratches or marks on the product.
- Since we will arrange with a courier to pick up the product at a location of your choice, we will charge a flat shipping and handling fee of 20 GBP.

Import and Customs Charges
The prices on Panamoz.com are all inclusive. All import and customs charges will be covered by us fully, and will be billed to our shipping account directly. You will not be billed. These charges include import taxes and duties, and all associated charges, such as administration fees.
