- panamoz is a global business with warehouses in multiple countries. In order to ensure that our customers pay the lowest possible carriage charge and credit card fees we may sometimes dispatch an order from a different warehouse.
On occasion, this may result in the order being invoiced in a different currency. However VAT and Duty charges issued by the courier company will be prepaid this will ensure customers pay no additional fees. Please note that we can only send your orders to confirmed address.
For unconfirmed addresses, we will require the customers to provide us with proof of address and in some cases identity as well. We offer a 100% compensation for loss of items during transit, i.e. a replacement will be provided as soon as the courier company confirms the loss of the package. If the package has been delivered according the tracking system of the courier, you will not be entitled to file any claims.
In such cases, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the post office or courier company in their countries, whose telephone numbers will be available on request. Replacement can only be arranged if the courier company has confirmed to us the loss of the package. If your order cannot be dispatched within 3 working days for some unforeseen reasons, we will inform you by email with our explanation and an estimated dispatch date.
Please note that the above delivery speeds are quoted by the courier companies, hence we cannot be blamed or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do occasionally happen and are mainly due to customs clearance. If your package is not delivered due to reasons out of our control and returned back to us, you are required to pay for the re-posting cost to have the package resent.
- Privacy & Security
- All credit and debit card transactions are handled by Paypal on their own SSL secured server. Paypal take security very seriously, and they assure your credit card details are securely sent from your computer to Paypal , with 168-bits industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) encryption. panamoz.com will not be given your credit or debit card details from Paypal. All we receive from Paypal is a payment confirmation message. The information we obtain from you will only be used to process your order. This includes customer's name, postal address, email address and telephone number. This information is not disclosed to any third party. For additional security we also have our own 256-bit SSL powered by AlphaSSL.
- Returns & Warranty
- If you wish to cancel or return your order you must notify us via email within 10 days period of receiving item, cancellations and returns after 10 days will not be accepted . Upon notifying us of your cancellation or return we will issue you with a unique RMA number. You must return the goods to our warehouse in the same condition and completeness as we delivered them to you, please note this includes, packaging, manuals, cables, software etc. If you do not return the goods in the same condition and completeness, panamoz.com at its sole discretion can reject the cancellation or return.
Please note that some products on our site do come with international warranty. This warranty is not transferable, i.e., if our customers sell or give away their cameras, the new owners will not be entitled to inherit the warranty. This warranty does not cover any consumable items, accessories, cosmetic damage or loss to any software programs/data, damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper voltage supply, unauthorized repair, or modifications of the product. Some products come with international warranty cards, customers are required to provide us with these cards when repair is required. Lens dust and LCD dead pixels will not be considered as fault, therefore products cannot be returned for any of these reasons. Returns for any other reason other than a fault will not be accepted.
- Ordering
- Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled .
- VAT and Import Duty
- Our products are sourced from the USA, UK, Hong Kong and France. Any VAT and Duty charges issued by the courier will be prepaid by us.
